Terms of Service

1. Services

Yuki Creates (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides professional website design and development services for local businesses. By purchasing any of our plans (Starter, Growth, or Elite), you agree to the following terms.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before work begins. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, pricing is locked once a payment link has been issued to you.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, no refunds will be issued after payment is confirmed. We strongly encourage you to review our portfolio and demo sites before purchasing to ensure our style matches your expectations.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision round
• Growth: 2 revision rounds
• Elite: Unlimited revision rounds

A “revision” includes changes to text, images, colors, and layout adjustments within the existing design structure. A complete redesign or fundamental restructuring of the website is not considered a revision and would require a new project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the website we build for you for your business purposes. The underlying source code, design assets, and technical implementation remain the intellectual property of Yuki Creates.

This means:

• ✅ Your website will remain live and accessible indefinitely
• ✅ You own all the content (text, images, branding) you provide to us
• ❌ Source code is not transferred or made available for download
• ❌ You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the website design

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Your website is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure at no additional cost. Hosting and SSL certificates are included with all plans.

Care Plan ($249/month) — Our optional monthly maintenance service includes:

• Monthly content and image updates (up to 2x/month)
• Performance reports with actionable insights
• Security monitoring and priority support
• Ongoing hosting and SSL maintenance

If you cancel the Care Plan, your website will remain live and functional. However, content updates, performance reports, and priority support will no longer be available. Standard hosting continues at no charge.

7. Delivery Timeline

We strive to meet the following delivery timelines:

• Starter: Within 24 hours
• Growth: 2–3 business days
• Elite: 3–5 business days

Timelines begin after payment is received and all required information (business name, services, branding preferences, etc.) has been submitted. Delays caused by incomplete or late information from the client do not extend our obligations.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for your website
• Respond to revision requests and communications within 7 business days
• Ensure all content you provide does not violate any third-party rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Yuki Creates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
